A comprehensive study released Thursday found that 94 percent of all fantasy football advice consists of a man saying “start your studs” at steadily rising volume.

“We reviewed 11,000 hours of podcasts, videos and segments, and the core insight never changed,” said lead researcher Dr. Paula Kemper. “What changed was the confidence. By Week 7, they’re basically shouting it.”

The study found that the remaining advice was evenly split between “don’t overthink it,” “trust the process” and a 40-minute segment on a backup tight end who will not play.

At press time, the researchers had reportedly lost their own league after benching their studs.
